I need a breather! (heaves a heavy sigh)
Life has been extremely busy, so many assignments, projects and tutorials that requires my attention. Not to mention my favorite past time; reading! Haven't been reading much, because I can't find the time to spare! Argh. Work has been alright, too.

Oh well, I should probably stop ranting. I know I owe you guys MANY MANY MANY updates, but I really can't find the extra time to blog. I'm sorry! BUT I'm here to update you guys; with a few pictures instead! ;)

Hi guys! I know, December's here! ;) (14 days late to say that HAHAHA)

First & foremost, I would like to wish my brother a Happy 20th Birthday!!!! (It's his birthday today!)

I may have arguments, quarrels and petty fights with him, but he is still the world's best brother ever! :D

I'm sorry for not updating, life has been pretty busy for me for the month of December! Had my Mid sem tests and I guess I did pretty badly for all of the papers (I had 4 papers) Oh god, I will have to buck up for the remaining semester! (Plus I can't allow myself to be distracted anymore!) Sigh.

Took part in the Standard Chartered Marathon with my friends on the ... (I forgot the date -_-) 4th? It's on the weekend before the start of my first paper. Well, it was a really good experience; though I only took part in the 5km fun run which wasn't fun at all as I had a hard time trying to complete the whole of the 5km. People who knew me since young would probably be shocked that I even joined a marathon in the first place, because I'm strictly a non-sports, non-exercise type of person. :P

It felt really good (the part where I pushed myself to finish the marathon) and I had felt a serious sense of achievement after the whole event. :) Yeap, here's a picture of us!

It's actually nice to see the changes in people (some good, some bad) and from there, we can actually feel & know in our heart who our real friends are. Mmm..

November's here! Wow, I can't believe it!
Time has been passing by fast (flying, even), I know I've been saying I'll blog about my life soon. Which I haven't been doing so. I'm so sorry (& guilty) :P Oh well, I'm here for a short little update, so Hi readers! (Idk if there's still any left) :/

As you guys can probably see/guess, I'm pretty occupied with school, work(I did say about being hired by Ben & Jerry's, right?) and life generally! School has been stressful, and I have like ... 3-4 IT-related modules this semester. God bless me -.- I usually suck at IT-related issues, I don't know how I'll survive this sem (sad face). And I have like ... 1 case study assignment that is due in 4 weeks time, and a short project that has to be done, probably by next week. Kill me please. I've made time for school work by not working this week.. BUT I kinda miss working :( Working at B&J's is fun, you get to meet all sorts of cool people & the colleagues there are ~~all~~ (okay, most of them) pretty awesome. ;)

Oh yes, I'm very satisfied with my results this semester. I've made improvements and I'm proud of myself (for once huh) ;)

Universal Studios Singapore Part I

Hello guys! I'm here to update about the Universal Studios trip I went to, with 4 of my beloved friends. They're Su, Dee, Deborah and Fancy :)
30/8:
It was my first ever visit to Universal Studios, so you can imagine how excited I was (being me). Couldn't get to sleep as I was overly excited, thinking about all the crazy rides as well as the fun I'm going to experience with my friends on the "big" day. Enthusiastic me finally fell asleep at about 3am, and (surprisingly) I woke up at 6something in the morning feeling energetic and "bouncy". Started preparing (chop chop) and within record's time I'm ready and am off to meet with my friends (our meeting time was 9am)! Couldn't stop giggling to myself on my way to Harborfront Mrt Station, I'm thinking whoever who saw me on that day must think I'm bonkers. Haha :P

I'm the second one who reached there (Su reached first!) Aren't you guys surprised? Because most of the time, Su and me are one of the latest whenever we're meeting up for something, like outings or early in the morning for lessons. So yeah, that shows that we can be early IF we want to. Well, had our breakfast and off we go to USS!!!! :D

(Okay, enough of words! I'll let the pictures do the talking!)

Dee was supposed to lead us to the right way (we were to walk to Sentosa), but she kinda forgot her way, so we had to go down the escalator again and finally, we got off at the right way!

Reached USS, and the queue to buy the tickets was soooooo horrible! It was really long, even the queue to enter USS itself is long!!!!! So we split the "work", Dee went to get the tickets while the rest of us went to queue so that we will be able to get in once our tickets are ready.

Was looking through the crowds of people, and someone (I forgot if it's Dee or Fancy) spotted a short queue, so we rushed to that queue to get into USS!

Noticed this little Caucasian toddler while we were on our way to the first ride. Couldn't help myself, so I took a picture of him! He's really adorable!!!! :D

Yeap, we snapped a few pictures here and there while walking. The sceneries inside are really gorgeous! Look at this!

This place looks so "movie-ish". I mean, whenever I watch movies, I encounter places like this and I thought it was beautiful! (Too bad Singapore doesn't look like this :( )

Yeah, our first ride was this 'Mummy ride'. Su and Dee kept wanting us (the first-timers) to try this ride.

Well, there really were some unexpected twists and I screamed my ass off, literally as the ride was super scary! Okay, at least to me! My legs went 'jelly' after the ride, and I had to hold on to Su and Dee for support. (shy) haha.

Went to the locker to collect our belongings, and off we went for the second ride!

Look at the crazy coasters! We took the red one (galactica - human) first (as usual, my legs went "jelly" after the ride) and then the blue one (galactica - cyclops). The blue coaster was freakin' crazy!!!!! There were 180degrees turn and ..... well let's just say I ended up with a sore throat after the whole USS trip!! But it was great! To me, it felt as if like I've committed suicide and have managed to survive the whole "ordeal".

Yeah, I didn't know Deb was behind me until I looked at the picture. Looks nice! :D

The background is so beautiful, so we had to stop to take some pictures! Yeap, that's Su and me (again!)

Passed by this hat shop, and we so had to stop to take pictures. (You would stop too, trust me. The hats are all so adorable!!!!!) Let me show you a few of it. ;)

Found a "perfect" spot for Fancy to take a rest. It was very sunny, thus I used the quotation marks for the perfect. They had umbrellas with them, so it was okay!

So, while waiting, Dee, Su and me wanted to take some jump shots. :P Yeah, I think I was the one who suggested it. Hahaha.

Su looked serious here. Lol. And I find this picture funny coz it's candid and Dee and me sported similar expressions!

Yeah, imagine how disappointed I was. Oh well *shrugs* Life is a disappointment itself anyways.

Sorry for the slight side track... Back to the topic ;)

So to fully utilise the camera (since we ran like crazy pigs to get it), we went around taking pictures (forgetting about the blue coaster ride)

It was around 3:30 then, and we saw Shrek and Fiona!!!!! Woah, Fiona is really gorgeous! Don't believe me? See for yourself! :)

Hi guys! I'm not dead yet, just busy with school, examinations and .... life itself.

Went studying with Dee at Cedele earlier. The carrot cake was aweeeeeesome! Mmm, it's really yummy!

I think I looked really tired :( In fact, I AM tired. (sigh)

Left Cedele and headed to Promenade as Dee wanted to shop in the Club 21 bazaar.

The clothes, the bags, the people ... OK, let's just say it's WOW.. (yes, with the caps)

Looked around, didn't see anything that caught my eye. Until I went to the shoes section. ;)

Short update (a really short one)!
Got back 3 of my MST results. Well, I gotta say I'm quite satisfied with my results so far. (for Java, FMA & Stats) And it's the first time I topped the class in a module (fma), as I was always a mediocre student! So imagine the shock and happiness I was feeling then. :)

27th June (Monday) marks the end of my semester break, as well as the start of the Mid Semester Test (MST)! Well, I gotta admit that time passes by really fast this time round. The 3 weeks of holidays just flew by (with its own wings presumably) and I struggled through with the revisions of the modules that are gonna be tested. -I was too distracted for my own good :(-

Had Java programming's practical on the 27th. And, I think I did pretty badly. Couldn't even get what the first question was asking for. I was stuck on trying to figure it out, and I wasted 30-40 minutes of my time just like that. :( I know, I'm screwed for Java. Sigh. Left with around an hour & thirty minutes more for the remaining 2 questions. Although I did managed to complete the test, I know it wasn't performed up to my best standard. Sigh. I fear at the thought of looking at the grade I'll be getting for this practical test. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed, for at least a B+ or B. :(

Infocomm Security paper and Statistics paper was next (on the 28th). Gosh, the ISEC paper was totally unexpected, as 12 out of my 100 marks flew away due to one part of the lecture that I've neglected to look through. Was very disappointed with myself. I hope that I'll still be able to scrape through this paper and get at least an A, because I did made a lot of efforts in trying to understand and getting down to really memorize the lecture slides (and it's not little, there's at least 30-40 slides per lecture and the coverage for the test were from Lecture 1 to Lecture 4) So imagine the despondency I've felt when most of the work that I've did and memorized were not even tested. Sigh.
Had my Stats paper during the noon, and it was alright though, I found it manageable. But being me (as usual), I made some careless mistakes here and there.

Had my Financial Management of Accounting (FMA) paper TODAY (29th). Gave my best for the paper, and hope that my efforts will be well paid off ;) -Can you sense my excitement????

Wanna know the reason behind it???? :D Hahahahahahahhaha! YES IT'S BECAUSE MY MST PERIOD HAS OFFICIALLY ENDED TODAY! Happy me. :D Went to Marina Square with Dee, Su, Fancy and Ming Hui. Had our breakfast&lunch at Hotpot culture. We spent like hours there, and I had my share of laughter with the girls! It's been soooo long since I've last felt so good, have been emotionally and physically drained by the upcoming tests as well as other prospects of life. :( Had a lot of fun walking around the mall, shopping and gossiping with them.
Oh yes, there's this recent craze with the Angry Birds. So my friend wanted to try her luck in getting this keychain. "Combined" our efforts together, and we got 2 of it! Tadaaaa, it's me with them angry birds >:( !

This dress is simple and sweet. Love it.

Awesome nude pumps! I think it's more than 5 inches (the heels is about my palm's length)

I'm back for updates! Well, today's post will be a long one as I haven't been updating recently. (Actually, I did but they were all rather brief)

1st of June:
Went to Tampines and met up with Jordan, Ziming & Pris. Jordan chose Tampines as it's convenient for Pris because her workplace is near it. Couldn't quite decide on what to have for dinner. Initial suggestion Jordan made was to go to this restaurant that is popular for its fish dishes (I can't remember the name). I guess all of us aren't fish lovers, so we went to Swensens' instead. :)

Ordered the food, ate, catch up .... Yeah, that's pretty much what happened on that day. I shall let the pictures do the talking for me ;) As you guys know, a picture speaks a thousand words.

5th of June:

MALAYSIA!

It was a one-day trip with my family to Johor Bahru. I found it hard to communicate with the people there, because most of them only speaks in Malay. Luckily, dad's colleague was there to help us throughout the whole trip ;)

We was to go Jusco permas jaya for shopping, but dad's colleague brought us to this new shopping centre (Sutera Mall) instead. There were a lot of shops there, but none of the things caught my eye. :( So, I didn't manage to get any cheap deals there. Shopped for some necessities at Carrefour though. Went to this famous seafood restaurant (which is situated near the sea) for dinner at night.

It was a pity actually, because I didn't get to enjoy the feast in front of me. My teeth was hurting so bad (I guess I wasn't used to having the separators then), I can only manage small bites and have to masticate the food using the right side of my teeth as it hurts lesser. Yeah, that's one of the price I have to pay for wanting braces!

6th of June:

MY 18TH BIRTHDAY! :D

Many thanks to Su, Dee (Alicia), Sha, Satheesth, Joel & Victor for the surprise! :) Well, I totally did not expect Joel & Victor to come. It was so unexpected! No wonder people used to say this: Expect the unexpected.

And also, much love to Devaki for coming down to Clarke Quay (to meet me for my birthday), even when she had school on that day & it was the examination period for her. <3

Here's how my birthday started:

Met with Su, Sha & Satheesth at Clarke Quay's mrt station. Tapped out of the machine (I think Su collaborated with Dee to surprise me) cos instead of walking to the left like how we normally do, we walked to the right this time round. I was still wondering why she chose to walk there, when Dee suddenly popped out from the corner :D Hahaaaa, oh man! That was the first surprise of the day ;) She gave me this super adorable 22" Happy Birthday balloon. I love it. I know it's kinda ironic, but it's my first time receiving a balloon as a gift from someone (not counting childhood times of course).

I noticed that there was quite a handful of looks given to me by strangers while we were on our way to Brewerkz. Must be because of the AA (attract attention) balloon. We took a long time on the decision of what to order for our lunch. We ordered an appetizer (Buffalo wings) and a jug of Brewerkz beer. (I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking ;)) )

The extraction was okay, though it did hurt a little after the anesthetic wore off. Luckily the dental clinic prescribed some painkillers for me :) Took a couple of pills and the pain became manageable. Next appointment would be for the separators. Kinda excited!

Haiiiiiii guys! :)

Just got back from the dental clinic. The next appointment that I'll be having is tomorrow. And it's for the extraction of my tooth. Oh gosh, I'm so worried. Since young, I've developed a phobia against visiting ANY dental clinics. Yes, the thought of going into a dental clinic would actually send shivers down my spine. Another fear that I have developed over time, is the fear of needles. I remembered dimly, that I broke down and cried when I was about to be injected by the doctor (back when I was in primary school)

AND ....
I'm going to face it both tomorrow. Phobia + fear = powerpack. *faints* But, this is what I've been wishing for. I mean, for the braces part. :) So I'm not gonna complain ...... No, make that I'll complain minimally. :P Okay, all the rants will come in after the extraction, so we'll have to wait and see! Here are the tentative dates for my braces, on the 15th for my upper brace & the18th for the lower one. Let's hope that the clinic will not change my appointments again, because by right I would've gotten my braces earlier (if you guys can recall about what I wrote previously: I was supposed to be having my braces on the 8th and 11th) if the receptionist did not call to cancel my appointment. Oh well, life is never fair.

I've got nothing much to say about it, except that the work that I'm learning now aren't making any sense. I'm drowning, practically drowning ... can't breathe .... (Esp Java Programming) :'((

Sup everyone. I'm here for a short update, as promised one post earlier. :)
Actually I've got no idea where to start from. Anyways, I'm pretty unhappy with my life as it is now. Be it matters regarding school, friends, work, etc. There's so many internal conflicts in my class now, and I hate it. Well, I probably should not be saying anything here, but ...... Ah, forget it.

As for work, I'm getting so stressed up over the new things I'm learning everyday. (Eg: Java programming, Statistics) I just hope that I will be able to do well for this semester. I don't want to disappoint myself again.
Okay, unhappy matters aside.

Yup, today's the 8th.... And it's Mom's birthday! (Mother's Day for her too!)

Went to Grandma's house earlier for a buffet (to celebrate mothers' day). The food was quite good, and I felt sooooooo full after eating. Managed to catch up with my cuzzie for a little bit. And one of them is marrying on the 11th of November this year (11/11/11). Awesome date right?

Arrived home around 9something, and we proceeded on to cutting the cake for Mom. :D

Hi guys! I'm here to update this soon-to-be rotting cyberspace of mine.

I can say that this longggg holiday period had been relaxing for me. Staying at home, reading, catching up on the lost sleeping time, going out with friends and catching up with my dears. Yeah, that pretty much sums up how I spent my time so far!
I'm such a lazybag, as I've not worked at all for this hols!!! Gosh, and not working = no extra moolah. I'm going to be broke soon :( (The sum of money used for transport alone already burnt a big hole in my pocket).

I've caught 2 movies during this holiday period! Watched the Red Riding Hood and Battle Los Angeles with my darling (Su) :D In my opinion, both movies were okay. Ratings for both? Maybe 6.5/10 :) Next movie I'd be catching would be Sucker Punch. Saw the trailer for the movie, and I thought it was rather exciting! Hehe.

The highlight for this week would be the ......

SENTOSA TRIP! (Monday -28/3-) (which I went with Su, her twin and their group of friends!)

I woke up really early on that day! The reason was rather stupid actually. I needed my mom's help in tying my bikini top's strings for me, as I didn't know how to tie it properly myself :$. So, prepared everything and then waited for Su's message. Received it at around 9something, and I left home promptly after reading her text. Took the train alone, from Hougang all the way to Harbourfront. Entertained myself with music and a book (I love reading on board!).

Met them at VivoCity, and off we go to Sentosa! ;) We took the tramp to Palawan Beach. Gosh, the beach was sooooo empty at that point of time. Yeah, it's like there's only the 7 of us there and the whole beach "belongs" to us. Laid the sheets on the sand, left our belongings on top of it, and off we went to play some "beach games"! Haha.

Actually, I volunteered to be the "camerawoman". Was really lazy to play, so yeah :P .. Hehe. After the games, we had our picnic. :) There's fried beehoon, fried rice, fishballs, etcetc all prepared by Su & friends. Yeah, it was rather great. Heeh. After our picnic, we went walking around the beach to burn off some of our fats. Then we started taking some photos with Saiful's (Su's friend) wonderful camera ;) Hehe. And we played Frisbee too! Well, actually I was "dodging" the frisbee instead of catching it. I was afraid that catching the frisbee would hurt, so I spent my time "dodging" it. Yeah yeah, I know -.- I shall post some of the picts now.

I was actually scowling when this picture was taken. I've got bitten by sooo many mozzies and it was superrrr itchy! (Oh and btw, I look huge beside Su O.O)

Wednesday (30/3):

Had a casual meetup&dinner with Jordan, Weixiang, Ziming & Pris! We met each other around 5pm, and took the same bus over to Tampines. Went Tampines as Pris's workplace is somewhere near there. ;) Waited for her, and then off we went in search of food! (My tummy was growling) :P I had the sudden craving for spaghetti, so we headed over to Pastamania.

My tummy was so bloated after the meal! (And I am still feeling bloated now) Decided to walk around Tampines as we wanted to shake off some of the calories we've gained from the heavy meal we had. But frankly speaking, there's nothing much there. We roamed around aimlessly, not knowing where to go. :P Jordan suggested that we go to McCafe, have a drink, and catch up with our life. Ordered the Mocha Chips Frappe (I think I still prefer Starbucks' ice-blended beverages >.<) and Pris ordered Cappuccino.

So I believed that previously, I've mentioned about visiting
the dental clinic for some tooth filling. Well, there's actually no cavity at all. Lol.
The nurse asked me: Who told you that you have a cavity in your tooth? And I said: Me,
because there was some aches experienced whenever I drink hot soup.

Haha, it was kinda hilarious and embarrassing. I ended up polishing, washing and had
some medication applied to my teeth. The dental also gave me some painkiller pills. And
the total fee cost me $149. X_X My money just flew away like that. Sigh. :(

Well, anyways the dental surgeon said that it is a must for me to have braces as my teeth
are .... Hmm, let's just say it's not straight. Went home and told mom what he said.
And I was rather surprised that mom agreed to let me have braces!!! Gosh, I've
been wanting it since forever. And I'm finally gonna have them. :D Yay. Dad didn't object either, so I guess I'll be getting braces for sure, no matter what.
I just hope that the entire journey will not be too painful, the
extraction, blah blah.. I'm someone whose really afraid of pain, yeah.
But there must be sacrifices for everything. So I'm willing to sacrifice and take the pain, for a set of beautiful teeth! :)

Have been going around, asking the different dental clinics available. I guess I'll be
going to the one which my cousin went. Ahh, I'm kinda looking forward to having
braces. :D hehe.
Having braces would also cause one to lose weight, as there would be times where discomfort
would be felt when you're chewing. :O So, this will be a free slimming method for me! ^^

Okay, I'll get back to my book. ;) Still have 20 more to go! B-)

Thought of blogging in a different way today, so here goes.

Reasons for blogging today:

#1: I have this sudden urge to blog, so here I am! Hmm, so many updates to be done, I don't even know where should I start first.
#2: Oh yeah, another of the reasons are because my dearest Vannie (I know you do visit my blog sometimes) said that my blog is partially dead. So I'm here to revive it!

-This is not one of the reasons why-
On a random note, I've been feeling really emotional this last few weeks(actually, I still am now). Don't ask me why, I've got no idea. I'm sick of my current life. I want to experience something new, something different. Like living overseas alone, individually, where I know nobody. It would be great to start off as a nobody, and that I mean start from scratch. Like being independent, cooking my own meals, being responsible for myself, making new friends along the way ..... I can go on & on. Sorry, I think I'm ranting instead of blogging. Ignore those random rants and let me get back to blogging. :/

So, I guess I shall start with the cycling trip first.

3rd of March:

Met up with Dev, Jiva & Xinyi. The four of us -as usual- went to East Coast Park (ECP) for our "exercise". Had our lunch at KFC (Parkway Parade).. Yeah, I know right. We're supposed to be shedding off some of our excess fats, and instead of doing that, we ...... I hope you get what I mean, haha. :P

Anyways, after our lunch, we walked to ECP. It was great, because I had time to catch up with Jiva, as well as Dev. I've not met them for like months, and I miss the both of them a hell lot!!! And upon reaching, I tried something different. Rollerblading instead of cycling! :D Aha. Hey, don't look down on me okay! I used to be in my school's Skating club, but ... :$ y'know. So, off we went. Jiva & Xinyi took double bike whereas Dev & me wore rollerblades to skate around. It was tough at first, as it was hard for me to regain my balance. I fell a few times (shy) and it hurts soooo bad. So I wore my wrist guards. Heeh. And during one of my falls, I dropped my camera along with it. -.-" I'm so careless. Yeah.

Enough of wordings! I shall let the pictures do the speaking now. :D

We've decided to take a break as yours truly was beginning to feel tired. (I admit I am weak), so ...

Went back to the rental shop, as we (actually just me -.-) needed assistance in removing the skates, since I didn't catch on how I was supposed to remove the skates properly, in a correct way. As usual, being me, I ended up tightening it instead, and it was pretty painful, lol.

It started to rain awhile after we've returned our rented skates and bike. So we ran to the nearest place (McDonalds' at that point of time), and seeked shelter there. Being girls, once we reached somewhere with

nothing to do, we would start taking pictures again. So .... Here goes. :)

So, I only managed to meet Su around 1smth. We're actually to meet at 12pm, but .. we're both

prone to be late. So any timings we set, we'll actually meet an hour later (sometimes more).

For me, it's not on purpose actually, but it just so happens that every single time, some unknown circumstances would pop up and delay my time. This causes me to be late and never early. Okay, all of it sounds pathetic. I know, I'm just coming up with reasons, (excuses more like it). Lol :P

So, we walked around town. Wanted to head over to Cineleisure, but the rain stopped us. So

we backtracked and went back to Taka (being vainpots, we didn't want to get drenched in our pretty outfits) as we were supposed to meet Sha & Satheesh at Ion. :)

It was meant to be a surprise party actually, for the twins. And I think it worked!!!!

Had our lunch at Swensens and we (the 4 of us) took our own sweet time ordering the food. Su noticed that I was busy texting someone, but she kept quiet because she thought it was important. But I was

actually texting Alicia. Su looked so surprised when she saw Alicia walking in!! Her expression was priceless. :D So, we had our food, and around 4 something, 2 of Sha's friends came walking in,

with the ice cream cake on hand. :)) The both of them was astonished, because they thought

their friends wouldn't be able to make it to their party because of work, family commitments, etc.

Overall, I can say that it was a successful surprise!!!

We've took many many pictures, but sadly none of them are with me. It's with one of the twins' friend. I'm still waiting for him to upload them.

A New Year once again!

Start of a brand new year, with new beginnings and that includes NEW new year resolutions. :p <- Must be wondering why I gave this face right? Well, it's because I'm guilty and I haven't really started writing down my resolutions! Okay, if I have the time, I'll try to work on my list! But right now, I have a few and I'll pen them down later.
Well, 3rd of Jan marks the start (and end of the school holidays) of school!! Sigh, here comes the same routine that will be repeated every single day. Wake up in the morning > Breakfast > School > Home > Sleep ! Mundane life I've got there! Argh. Right now, I'm fretting over my Marketing project, Web Client Development projectS (yes, there's 2 - One of it is group work, whereas the other is individual) as well as Economics (CA2 will be coming in 2 weeks time *faint*). It's pretty hectic, I say. And what's more is, I still have so many books that I've not read yet! Currently, there's ... *counts* ... 11 books for me to complete. :S

Okay, I'm very sorry to my readers (I don't know if there's any left, my blog is literally dead :p), for I have been delaying the update for sooooo many days! I'm really busy, so yeah! Met my lovely babe on Friday (10/12) and we've managed to catch up a lot on each other's life! Man, I miss her soooo much! We've went to NEX mall (my first time, yeah I know I'm slow. Whatever), and I don't really like it there. There's too many people and human "traffic congestion" were everywhere! And by everywhere I mean it literally, all the levels were so damn crowded. :/ Urghh.

Got to plan a surprise birthday to Weixiang on 11/12. Had KFC for lunch(& dinner for me), and then off we go to Marina Square. Saw the Hi5 actors there! (Hi4 actually, because one of them was sick and couldn't make it)

Was sweating pretty badly, guess it's due to the excitement I was feeling and it was really humid outside (surprisingly so). We've managed to surprise WX, so I guess it's a success and it was worthwhile!! ^_^

The long awaited HOLIDAYS are here!!! Though it's only for 3weeks ;)

I'm feeling exhilarated, for I-don't-know what reason. Maybe it's because Christmas is coming!!! Hooray :D Did I mention that I'll be going over to Malaysia on 15th - 19th Dec? Well, I'll check my posts later. But yeah, I'm kinda excited for the holiday (it's not like I've never been to Malaysia before, but ... ahh I don't know.) ;)

Accounts paper was awesome, I think I did fairly well! Thank God, the paper wasn't as difficult as I expected it to be. And I'm pretty glad that I spent my time doing the 5 revision papers (it tells me very clearly what I'm not sure about for the topics, so that I can work on them and make sure that I'll never repeat the mistakes again) The 2 papers I had the other day (on Tuesday) was okay too. Econs paper was ... alright, except that the MCQs are slightly tougher. All the answers are similar to me, so I got quite confused. WCD was great, as I've managed to complete all the 4questions within 2hours, but ofcourse the answers wasn't perfect. Hehe.

My MST papers will start tomorrrowwww! (Oh no, I'm very anxious now)
Well, I've got to admit, nowadays I'm not as disciplined anymore. Haven't been really studying much, omg. I did study, but just not as hard as how I used to do (back in secondary school). I hope the papers won't break my heart. *crosses fingers*
Fundamental of Economics paper first, then will be having the Web Client Development's paper. Hope I can finish both on time!!! Next upcoming paper will be accounting. Very disappointed with myself over this module.. Haven't been doing well for it, sigh! Sometimes I just hate myself, hate the fact that I can't bring myself to study hard.

After this 3papers, IT WILL BE THE HOLIDAYS!! Yay, awesome. Will be going to Malaysia for a short retreat ;) (But I wish I could go to Germany/USA/Portugal/Russia instead :S)

Am blogging thru' my iPhone now. :D Just a short update ya.

Okkkk, will be working from 4pm-0130am later. I guess I'll be sooo tired and irritated
at work later. My contact lens have been giving me problems. I'm so damn fed up with it!!
It makes my left eye, sometimes right (it depends on the "mood" of my lens), so damn
dry that I have to blink really hard to prevent them from dropping out. Yes,
it's THAT bad. :( Okay, maybe I should just wear my glasses. Who cares if I look ugly when I'm outside?! *actually I do, -.-* Oh & work was very hectic for the last few days. So many customers and everything must be completed at a fast pace and no errors are to be made. Zzz.
Should I give in to my temptation and just quit my job? Or should I persevere? Plus I've not much time for the revision of my work as well. Furthermore this semester's modules are not as
manageable as last sem's. Okay, I've really got no idea now.

Hmm,I'll update tmr I guess. As I don't have to work (finally!). I'll spend my time wisely,
first things to be completed will be the assignments (Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Web Client Development). So much to do in so little time.

NOVEMBER!!

Oh gosh, time really flies! November has already come and in about 2months time, it will be 2011!!! A brand new year, hmmm. But I'll still be stuck in Singapore, studying .. doing and repeating the same cycle over & over again. Urgh.

Kays, just a short post today (I'm having my accounting lessons now). I'm SOOOO sorry I've not been updating my blog, I know I've neglected this cyber-space of mine. Well, I'm really busy caught up with school, revision of the things taught, work, going out, etcetc. Okay, my schedule's so packed nowadays, I can't even find a proper time to go out with my friends, family members. (sigh).

*DREADS* School holidays had officially ended for me yesterday. Oh no!!! That means studying like mad again, for this entire semester. Damn!

Alright, I shall post a brief update of the past few days. I believe I did mentioned about going out with Suharna on Wednesday, and we did caught a movie ->

This movie's duration is superrrrrr long! It lasted for 2hours20minutes. The movie got rather boring towards the middle of it, but overall it's a rather good romance film. At least the female lead got to find her true love after ditching 2 of the men she loved. (Oops, spoiler much :x) Ignore if you haven't watch the movie and is planning to catch it, like soon. :)

Went to Chinese Garden with Devaki and Sharifah! :D I was pretty late when I met up with Dev, because we're supposed to meet at 1:45pm and I only got there like 2:05pm. There, I can conclude that old habits die hard. It was a wonderful trip, because I've never been to the Chinese Garden before and the sceneries there was nice. We took a hell lot of pictures there, despite feeling as if like we're in a desert. The weather has been ridiculously hot & humid this few days :( Sometimes I feel like melting under the scrotching sun!!! And I've grown a little tanner! *pouts*

Had our dinner at Newyork^2! The food was great, everything was great (winks). Hehehe.

My general elective module (GEM) was funnn! Hahahahaaa. During my accounting lecture, I nearly fell asleep!! Was like dozing off, and trying really hard to fight sleep. My other friends felt that way too, so lucky it's not just me. But I enjoyed my Econs lecture thou. :D Hahaha.

Alright, I shall go off now. Sorry for the abrupt ending, but I'm really tired now. I guess I shall go rest, do some reading and then retire for the night. :)

Wow! I've not been updating for 5days already!!! So sorry, :P

Well, I've spent most of the past few days working (Yes, at Starbucks). Working there is actually so much more better in my opinion, as time passes faster. ;) I like that! Now when I work, I don't have to check on my watch constantly anymore, to see how many more hours I have till I knock off from work. :D Yay! I remember my ex-colleagues whose used to telling me this "Hey, you're looking/checking at the time again!!!" <- I think judging from this sentence, you guys can already know how often I do check on the time.

Although when I say that this job is very fun etc, I have my own difficulties while working too! When customers choose to personalize their drinks, that's when I get all tensed up! Or when the orders starts coming in (like free flow), I tend to mess up some of the orders (drinks in specific). But every job has its difficulties, so I'm not gonna complain!! I love my new job! ^_^ Hahaha. -though this job burns away 2weeks of my school holidays-

Speaking of which, I'm having my off-day on Wednesday and I'm gonna meet up with my lovely Su!!! <3 I know she misses me a lot (I'm not exaggerating) and we have soooooo many new movies to catch! So many things to do in so little time ;(. And, my school holidays are ~~coming to an end~~!! *inserts sad face* OH NO! Semester 2 is gonna start, and that means hardcore studying! This time, I really mean it!!! I have to study and revise constantly, because most of my weekends will be spent on working. So yeah, that's the compromise I have to make with my new job. :/ But besides that, everything should be fine! ;)

I'll try to take pictures this coming Wed, so that my next update wouldn't be sooo boring + wordy. Hehe.

Met up with this crazy girl, Youtian (aka Porktian or Youpork). Okay, it's been sooooo long since we've last went out together! Actually we've met during the Teacher's Day itself, but didn't really accomplished much as we only went back to school and had managed to visit 3-4 of our teachers. This outing was planned during the 1st week of our holidays, yeah so was kinda looking forward to it :D.

We're supposed to be going to Sakae Sushi for buffet, but decided against it (We went Seoul Garden instead). Reason being: I remembered the last time I went to this Japanese foodplace (Nihon Mura), I couldn't really eat a lot and I'd get sick of the sushis, plus Youpork can't really eat much either... So, we chose Seoul Garden instead! ^_^ Met her at Amk's train station, and surprisingly I'm early AGAIN! Recently, I've been early for most of the meet-ups. I think I've gotten rid of my bad habit of always being late. Haha! Went to Yishun's outlet and had our breakfast-lunch-dinner @ Seoul Garden.

We didn't really eat much! (Again we've wasted our money) We only took like 1.5plates of chicken, beef and some crabsticks, plenty of hotdogs ... That's almost about it. Hahaha. After our meal, we had our fruits and some ice-cream. Oh yes, there was this brownie/cake filled with nuts which I liked! Gosh, it has a chocolate-y taste and it kinda like melts in my mouth, mmmmm. *salivating*

After desserts + fruits, we felt so bloated. Trust me, the feelings of being bloated wasn't good at all. :( It feels as if like my stomach could burst anytime!!! Plus there's this constant nagging in my brains, that tells me I'll be putting on 1-2kg after that buffet. In order to burn away some of our fats, Youpork suggested that we go for some shopping. We went Bugis as she had not been there for months, so yeah off we go~

Got ourselves really good (not to mention cheap) deals. :D Pork has got herself 2 flowy skirts, whereas for me, I've bought a dress and a flowy skirt. Left around 3plus, as there's nothing much left for us to shop there. Went Amk Hub to look for my bag, one which I can bring out for shopping as well as carry it to school at times. Looked around and one of it caught my eye. Furthermore, it's on a discount and you guys sure know what that means.. ;)

Left home feeling satisfied, as I've got what I wanted (and some unexpected buys - clothes). Will be meeting up with Pork again this coming Monday. ;) She's getting her belly button piercing. :DD

Yeah, I know this movie's been out for a long, long time. I gotta admit we're kinda "outdated". But hey, there were also others in the theatre, so Su and me's not the only one whose "outdated". Hahaha. The movie was hilarious!!! Gosh. I'd love to get a chance to live in L.A in future. All the glamour, beaches, gorgeous people (oops :P) ... I think you get what I mean. Ratings: 8/10.

A few days ago, I submitted an online application to Starbucks to work as a part-time barista. Got their call yesterday (it's 12:09am now) to go down for an interview today. GOSH!!! I'm feeling so anxious now, *shivers* Let's hope that my interview will be a successful one! :L I'll update you guys again (let's hope that it will be good news instead of ~~bad ones~~!)

Anyways, I had a fun time with Su ystd. ;) I shall just post some of the pictures we took now, and update later as I've got to catch some sleep (I'll read a little first) and prepare myself well for tomorrow's interview! :D

Time for updates. Have been procrastinating for like .. 3days, so decided to finally take some time off to start updating this blog of mine. ;)

20/9
Met up with Devaki at Serangoon Interchange. Reached quite early actually, I think the main reason is because I prepared slightly earlier than usual <- I know right, it's weird because I'm always late. So, played Sky burger on my iPhone while waiting for Dev. Walked to the stadium there as we have to take bus 76 to East Coast Park & we're supposed to meet Jivanaa and Xinyi on board. On our way there, we girls had a nice catch-up session with one another. And all thanks to Jiva, we have to walk for quite a distance because she said that we have to alight at the stop (the wrong one), which was one stop earlier than the supposed one.
Chatted a lot with Jiva on the way to ECP, sharing with her my problems and vice versa. We walked right ahead, while Dev & Xinyi walked at the back.

It was really humid that day, and I was sweating like hell. When we finally reached McDonalds', I felt so relieved for the air-conditioner's cool air. We took a few pictures before we went and bought our lunch. Yeah, we're vain but you can't blame girls for that, right?

Left McDonalds' and we went to rent for the bikes. We rented for an hour and got another hour for free. So it's quite worthy of our money, haha. We chose to rent a double-bike and I paired with Jiva, while Dev paired with Xinyi. I tried the front seat, and realized that I can't be the front cyclist because the seat is somehow too high for me and I might cause unnecessary 'accidents', so Jiva took the front seat instead. Cycled for like 15 minutes and my legs were already aching. Yeah, I know. I should really start to exercise more! We stopped at a pond and started taking pictures again. :D Here's some of them.

So, we've managed to cycle around for a short while and then it started drizzling, so we seeked shelter at one of the shelters. The drizzling only lasted for about 5minutes, but .... we've stayed for yet another 30minutes or so, to take pictures. Hahaha.

Okay. (Moving on) After deciding that we've spent too much time taking pictures instead of cycling (I think we spent like an hour or so taking pictures LOL), Jiva suggested that we cycle to this port where many people go for fishing. The journey to the port was arduous as there were so many slopes and uphills. My legs were literally screaming when we've reached our destination. So, we sat at the seats there and started talking again. Enjoyed the sea breeze for like 15minutes before cycling back (our 2hours was up). Cycled like a mad woman, because my legs don't really have the strength to continue anymore. Haha.

Returned our bikes, and went to 7-11 to buy a drink. Whoaaaa, felt soooo refreshed after sipping our drinks. Went to look for a bench to sit and relax before making our way back home. Saw this Caucasian family there. 2 of the little boys were playing with the sands, and they looked so innocent and adorable!!! Ahhhhh *heart melts*

Dev and Xinyi left earlier, because Dev had a party at night and she has to prepare for it and Xinyi had something on. So Jiva and me went to Marine Parade's library. ;D Managed to find a book (just 1) I liked there. Yeap! We walked around, trying to find KOI cafe, as we were craving for their bubble tea. It was really yummy, mmmm. Went to some shopping mall (I forgot the name of it) and did some window-shopping. I'm proud to say that I didn't buy anything!!!!! -even though a skirt and 2tops caught my eye- Haha. Shopped for awhile and left the place at around 6.30. Then took 76 with Jiva back home. Had a really nice heart-to-heart talk with her, and I really appreciate her advices. <3

We'll meet up again soon! ^.^

Okay, this movie really scares the hell out of me!!!! Gosh, actually ANY scary movie(s) will do that as I'm a timid person. Lol. And I think I was the only person who screamed/gasped really loud in the theatre (embarassing much). Yeah. So, ratings for it will be : 7.5/10. ;) I thought that the ending could've been better, aha.

After the movie, we walked around town (I wanted to look for a new bag). But didn't see any nice ones that I liked :(. But I did see quite a handful of nice clothes, haha! Okay, I wanted to save up my money so I DID NOT buy the clothes! ^_^

Mmm, Su was like "Hey, I thought you were gonna eat a proper meal!!!!" Hahaha, so I just showed her my usual 'guilty' face. :P Went home at around 4+ and I just spent the rest of my time at home, reading and using the computer. :)

23/9 -> Spent the whole day at home, catching up on lost sleeptime (by having naps) as well as reading! I've managed to finish 2books in a day! Yeah, I just love reading that much!!! ;)

(I'm sorry I've got no idea why the language used is not English)

It was still kinda early after purchasing our tickets, so we went to Taka for our yoghurt (have been craving for it since Tuesday)! I had the blueberry one, whereas Su had her Strawberry yoghurt. It tastes really nice, but too much of it could make one sick (I bought a large Peach yoghurt before, and I had to throw it away because I got really sick after eating half of it). Walked around Taka, and had a look at the luggages (well, I'm sure you guys know how bad I wanna be at other countries, instead of Singapore). Saw many bright pink ones, and they look really good! I might buy mine there in future (after my tertiary education has ended, I might go overseas, WHO KNOWS FOR SURE, right?) ;)
Took the escalator up, and I saw this mixed blood young mommy behind Su & me. Okay, the babygirl in the pram is sooooooooo adorable! Gosh :D. Su and me was like 'Awwwww, the baby is sooooooo cute!!!' Haha. When we realized that we still have a lot of time on hand, we went to Starbucks to have our favorite drink (yum)! We sat down there and started talking about many things -Su's cheerleading practise, people, etc.

*Phew* Finally I've uploaded the pictures. Aha. So well, the movie was kinda okay. But I got rather confused at the middle of the movie, where all the trading and the stock market happens... I think it would be rather stressful to work in the financial sector in future *shivers* Anyways, the ratings will be 7.5/10. :D Home sweet home at 6.40. ;) Hehe.

As for this weekend, I'll be working :(((((. PLEASE LET ME HAVE SALES!!! *crosses fingers*

I guess it's rather obvious as to where I went. Hahahaha. :) Okay, I actually went to the beach with my friends! We went cycling, and it was really fun. 'Cept that the weather was really humid, so it'd be better if it's not that hot. (I don't wanna grow tanned, that's why) Hahaha! I was literally melting. Gosh, but luckily it got quite windy at the later part, so it kinda cancels out the heat.

Anyways I've changed a new song for my blog, :D. Grew a little tired of the previous song, so I guess it's time for changes! Speaking of which, I think Carrie Underwood is a really talented singer. I love all of her songs, they're all so meaningful and emotional. Don't get me wrong, I'm no emo! ;)
Okay, sorry for the sidetrack. I'm supposed to be talking about how some of my days were spent during the first week of my hols. So here it goes!

Monday (13/09):
Right after my Database paper, I went out with Leon. Met up with him at Dover's mrt and then we went over to Plaza Singapura. Plans was to have our teppanyaki there, so we have to go over to Dhoby Ghaut (it was my first time eating it, :P). Took a few pictures of it, and I shall upload it when I'm finished with the updates. After purchasing the tixs, we went to have our lunch-cum-dinner. Shall post some pictures (Yes, I changed my mind) of the chef cooking and let my pictures do the 'talking' instead).

Thursday (17/09):

Well, so for today I went out with Su to Orchard. Was late again (as usual) and Su's early! Felt kinda bad, to make her wait for me. I'm the one that's always late nowadays. I should leave home earlier in future!!! So, I reached at around 1:05. Went to get our tickets first. Watched this:

Actually we went to have our lunch together first, since our movie was at 3:30pm. Had newyork newyork again, Mmmmm! I so love the cheese and the spaghetti! The food never fails to make me feel super bloated, so it's really worth the price. ;D Haha! After lunch, we went over to Somerset 313. Started looking around, and entered Forever 21. Okay, saw soooo many clothes that I liked. Tried on one, but realized that I sucked in it, so no I didn't get anything from there! ;).

Su told me that time's running out, because it's already 3:12 and our movie's at 3:30. But she forgot that Cineleisure is just very near to Somerset 313, so we ended up getting there earlier. Went to the restrooms first, because I always have this habit of needing to go to the restrooms in the midst of a movie. ;P

Well, the movie was awesome ('nuff said). I seldom use that word to describe things/objects/movies, so that alone speaks of how wondeful that movie is to me! Milla a.k.a Alice is realllyyyyyy hawtttt! Omgosh, she has a sexy bod too. *winks* Haha! Ratings: 8.5/10.

Oh yea, I did buy something (...) OKAY! For the next trip, I will try my best to save up my money and stop buying things! (unless it's really cheap and ... okay NO EXCUSES -.-)

I shall post the pictures taken today and what I bought at the end! Aha.

Yuhooooooo everyone!

Okays, just went to my blog and realized that it's kinda dead. The number of readers have dropped and my blog posts don't look interesting! :( That's what happens when I have school (especially now that it's the examinations period). 3 papers down, 1 more left to go!!! My last paper's on Monday, so after Monday I'll get a 1 month holiday! YAY ME! I'm going to work out with Suharna, go out and do some shopping, meet up with my secondary school mates, and sooooooo many more things! Okay, seriously I can't wait! ;D

For the papers, so far I think I haven't been doing well for any. For the first time ever in my life, I cannot complete the accounts paper in time. Omg, I was sooooooo forlorn because I couldn't believe it!!! Anyways I think I deserved it, because I was rather complacent (because I have accounting background) and chose not to study much. Okay! Lesson learnt the hard way this time round. Will have to work harder for the next Semester because accounting will be one of my core modules (with the highest credit!).

I should change the subject already, because I don't want to bore you readers. What shall I blog about now? Errrrrrr, I think I shall just upload some pictures. Kumar just sent the pictures of our last outing to me (after asking him for so many times, he's finally sending them to me, LOL.)

HELLO! Short update today ;)
I know I haven't been updating my blog recently. It's because my End of Sem's exams are just around the corner!!!!! Ahhhhh, I'm feeling scared just by the mention of it. Lol
Anyways I have a total of 4papers to take, and I've already taken 1, so I'm left with 3!!!!
I think I screwed up pretty bad for my first paper, I forgot quite a number of things. So yeah, gotta buck up for the remaining ones.

Work @ IT fair tomorrow, ohmygod!!!!! >: ( and that means I can't do any revision on my modules since I have to work. God bless me.

Back from some updates! ^_^ *wave hands*
So, I'm back from the hospital after visiting my grandpa (maternal's side). Well, he fell down and broke his leg's bones, and he had to have an operation. :( Luckily his operation was successful, and for now he'll be in the hospital for recuperation. Hope that he'll have a speedy recovery!

Took this picture just now, in dad's car on the way to the hospital. ;) The sky looks beautiful!

Anyways, I've taken a few pictures a few days ago (while I was at Clarke Quay's area). It was wonderful, I mean the walk around Singapore during night time. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. ;) I loveeeee it. Hehehe. I shall upload the pictures nw.

I'm back for updates! ;D

Well, I'm like soooo dead. Haven't really start revising for my exams (I only revised for my BAUE)! Gosh, I really really have to start next week, or not I'll really be dead. No doubt Mathematics will sure give me a headache, because it is so confusing and there's no logic at all for some of the chapters. Sigh. :(

I've spent most of my time this week working on my Business Communication's presentation slides, as well as reading and lazing around. Yeah, I gotta admit that I am lazy. (I love naps A LOT!) Sigh.

Okay anyways, met up with Su in school yesterday (20/8), for some amendments of the slides as well as the addition of some info inside. Had fun chatting with Su. And that includes teasing her as well! ;D Hahaha! Left school around 2.30 for our movie at Cine.

Wow okay! The people danced sooooooooooo well inside! I was like "wow-ing" at every of their dance step. There are also some major hotties inside ;). Haha! Ratings: 8/10. ^_^. Ohyea, while on our way up the escalator, there's this Caucasian whom had accidentally touched Su's hair. I guess she freaked out, because her facial expression was ... priceless. Hahaha! She was clutching on to my arms so tightly, that the circulations of the blood might just stop at that instance. Okay, I'm just exaggerating. :D.

After our movie, we went to the toilet and as usual, we managed to snap a few pictures together. Headed home after that, because Su needs to give off tuition to some of the Primary 4 kids. I shall post some of the pictures now. :DD
